The Silver Competent Person Package includes:

Two days of support, with one day dedicated to visiting your location for a comprehensive gap analysis. The remaining day of support can be utilised either on site or remotely, as best suits the needs of your business.

A total of 12 hours of telephone/email support, which can be used in 15 minute increments, is available to you during the duration of your contract, and can be used at any time.

H&S Policy review: one per annum any updates required shall be charged separately.

Access to a client only section of our website, which enables you to print or download free guidance documents and posters.

10 E-Learning Credits that can be used to book a variety of E-Learning courses online. These courses are perfect for remote workers to complete on tablets or mobile devices, or for when it's difficult to schedule in-person training. This is an effective way to ensure your employees receive the necessary training for their roles.

With a silver package you can be assured of reliable Competent Person coverage for your business. Having a competent person for Health & Safety is a legal requirement and for many businesses, the expertise and knowledge required either does not exist in house, or the company size does not warrant employing someone to do this.

With a silver package we visit your premises and carry out a full gap analysis audit, leaving you feeling confident you know where there are any gaps. Most of the time, many of the actions can be dealt with in house, but if you require support, we can help you on this. Not only does this provide a paper trail that you are managing your health and safety, it is also rewarding when it is refreshed a year after showing all the progress you have made.
There is also an additional day included in your package which can be used either on one of your sites (non UK mainland attracts an additional fee), or for remote work such as policies or other documentation.
